The hotel had mixed experiences with dirty rooms but some improvements and nice views. Service was lacking and unfriendly. Location was not ideal but close to a major attraction. The dining was subpar and needs improvement.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. However, there were some disturbances at night with loud knocks on neighboring doors. I appreciated the early check-in and room upgrade.
The hotel's location is great with free parking and amazing shisha on the PH floor. The rooms were disgustingly filthy with dirty towels, which was a major downside. The staff, unfortunately, seemed unprepared to handle unruly children and were not very attentive to guest needs.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the staff, especially the bellboy Imam, the leady Sheama, Mr Babu, and the Tamil Witch, were all very welcoming. I look forward to my next visit, especially for the immaculate top floor rooms. The location is convenient, and the staff make the experience even better.
